After 5 months of lectures on zoom and countless hours of analysis and pondering, Verge Permaculture Design Course has helped me develop a vision for our ranch.
The last four years have been like jumping off a cornice on a ski hill into heavily treed terrain on steep grade. The only direction I knew I was heading for certain was down. I felt like I was dodging trees and rocks as they emerged, just going with the flow like water rushing towards the ocean. I wanted to get there but wasn’t sure how and where the journey would take me.
The “ranch” is taking shape; the unexpected turns in my journey have taught me much. The anxieties of not knowing are settling. I think I have become wiser, more confident? I feel have the skills to deal with the unknown.
My certifications reflects the foundation upon which I can build.
I am excited to realize what the future will bring.
